SERENE

Serene is a cosy alpine chalet newly built for the 2025/2026 winter season. Designed to provide a peaceful retreat in a secluded spot in Misorano.

Serene features three bedrooms in total — two on the lower floor, and one on the upper floor — sleeping up to 6 people in comfort.

There is a spacious open-plan split-level living/dining/kitchen space on the upper floor featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cosy living room, and a dining area.

Serene is located in a secluded spot in upper Misorano. The closest shuttle bus stop to the ski resorts is a few minutes walk, and Echoland, the vibrant hub of Hakuba, is about 15 minutes walk. There is parking for two cars outside the house. A car is recommended to give guests the ultimate in freedom and flexibility for getting around Hakuba.

LIVING AREAS

The living areas were carefully thought out to allow 6 guests to relax and dine in comfort. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are all in one open-plan split-level space on the upper floor, perfect for socializing whether cooking dinner, eating in, or chilling in front of the large flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances, including an induction cooktop, a combination microwave/oven, and a large fridge/freezer. There are also a wide range of smaller appliances such as a rice cooker, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.

BEDROOMS

There are two bedrooms on the lower floor and one larger bedroom on the upper floor. All bedrooms have a comfortable queen or king-sized bed that can be split into two single beds, allowing flexibility for couples and single guests alike.

BATHROOMS

There are two bathroom on the lower floor, one has a bath and shower, and the other has a shower only. There is also a separate toilet.

-Villa's outdoors space are available only from mid April to November.

-BBQ facilities available to rent upon request for a charge of¥5,000. It includes BBQ grill, 1 pack of charcoal, fire starter, lighter, BBQ tongues.

-Cribs are available upon request for a charge of ¥2,000. It includes mattress and bedding.

-High chair available for rental FOR FREE upon request and subject to availability.

-Working desk available for rental FOR FREE upon request and subject to availability.

-Baby gate available for rental FOR FREE upon request and subject to availability.

-1 extra cleaning during the stay free of charge for 8 nights or longer bookings.
