Yamaemi is a modern, spacious chalet built in 2024, thoughtfully designed to provide exceptional comfort in a stunning Hakuba setting. Nestled at the base of the Japanese Alps and offering serene views of the surrounding rice fields and mountains.

Fully designed by Hakuba Resort Homes, Yamaemi is a modern and spacious chalet with expansive windows framing gorgeous views from the elevated living space on the second floor.

The house features five bedrooms in total, sleeping up to 12 people in comfort, a modern kitchen with an island, a fireplace, a spacious covered second floor balcony, a dedicated ski drying/utility room, and a large onsen-style bath.

Yamaemi is located in lower Misorano, in a secluded corner overlooking rice fields, and is just a few minutes’ walk from the lively shops, bars and restaurants of Echoland. A shuttle bus stop for the free shuttle buses is also nearby, allowing guests to explore and enjoy all the major ski areas in the Hakuba valley. There is also room for car parking outside the chalet.

Yamaemi is located in lower Misorano, a 10 minute walk to the bustling dining and entertainment area of Echoland.

There are free shuttle buses from the bus stop a few minutes walk away, with shuttle buses to Hakuba Goryu (both Escal Plaza and Iimori areas), Hakuba 47, Happo-one, and Iwatake resorts, giving you great flexibility to explore all of what Hakuba has to offer.

IMPORTANT: Shuttle buses to ski resorts normally operate from late December until the end of March. If use of buses is essential, please check availability and your travel dates before making a reservation.

Rental car recommended for full freedom and flexibility to get around. Cars can be rented locally (international driving license essential).

-BBQ facilities available to rent upon request for a charge of ¥5,000. It includes BBQ grill, 1 pack of charcoal, fire starter, lighter, BBQ tongues. From mid April to November only.

-Cribs are available upon request for a charge of ¥2,000. It includes mattress and bedding.
